Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Any items returned must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached, and in the same packaging as it was received in.

Proof of purchase must also be provided.

Customers are responsible for the shipping of returned items.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

As a small batch production brand, we hand check every piece before it is sent to you, so we do not expect you to find any damage or issues with your item upon receiving.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any concerns about your item’s eligibility for return, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original and place a new order. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the replacement item separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received-unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging-along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused, unworn and in it’s original packaging with all tags attached. Once this is complete we will process your refund immediately. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these requirements. In this instance the item will be returned back to the customer.

Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@aefenlondon.com.
